EST. FLOOR 1 — GUEST POLICIES

House Rules

welcome in — a short register of how a visit works. By checking in you agree to keep to these terms; they exist so every guest gets the same calm floor.

Booking and key tags

A booking holds a suite for the day and length you choose. At the desk you receive a brass key tag that runs your time; when it runs out, we ask you to wrap up within ten minutes so the next guest can settle in. You may add hours at any point, subject to the room being free. On busy nights the desk keeps to the clock. Miss a booking without word and we may offer the suite to a waiting guest.

Conduct in the house

Cheer as loud as the game deserves inside your suite; keep voices low in the corridors and lobby. Treat the chairs, PCs and peripherals as you would a friend's — the runner will help with anything that misbehaves. We ask guests to mind one another, to leave the do-not-disturb tag of a neighbour untouched, and to arrive sober enough to enjoy the room. The desk may end a visit, without refund of unused time, for behaviour that spoils the floor for others.

Service and payment

Room service, drinks and snacks are billed at the plain rates shown on the tariff card in your suite. Prices can change; the current card at your table is the one that applies. Settle at the desk on your way out. We handle only your contact details for a booking and never store payment information on this site.

The plain limits

We keep the venue in good order, but we cannot be responsible for personal belongings left behind — the desk holds lost property for a short spell, then gives it a good home. The site and its details are offered as they are, and we may update these rules as the house changes. This is a place to play and unwind, nothing more.
